Sorge su un piccolo promontorio che sorveglia la baia di Porto Frailis e risulta realizzata con blocchi di granito locale. L’ingresso è sopraelevato a circa 4 metri d’altezza dal suolo, in modo da garantire una migliore difesa dell’edificio, che poteva essere raggiunto con l’uso di una scala di corda o in legno. The tower of San Gemiliano, built in 1587, has a slender truncated cone shape structure and a height of about 12 metres. It stands on a small promontory that guards the bay of Porto Frailis and is made from blocks of local granite. The entrance is raised about 4 metres above the ground, so as to ensure a better defence of the building, which could be reached with the use of a rope or wood ladder. La tour de San Gemiliano, construite en 1587, dispose d'une structure élancée ayant une forme de cône tronqué, et une hauteur d'environ 12 mètres. Elle se dresse sur un petit promontoire qui surveille la baie de Porto Frailis, et est fabriquée à partir de blocs de granit local. L'entrée est surélevée à environ 4 mètres au-dessus du sol, de manière à assurer une meilleure défense du bâtiment, qui pouvait être atteint avec l'utilisation d'un escalier de corde ou en bois.
