Il calidarium (III sec. d.C.) era un ambiente termale riscaldato mediante l’aria calda che, dai forni immediatamente adiacenti siti nella zona di servizio, passava sotto il pavimento e nell’intercapedine delle pareti. Calidarium baths of Fordongianus has a niche next to the tub, which was to include a sculpture or other decorative element.
